His loyalty is unquestioned and he is ready to lay down his life for his employer, although most of the time he is involved in laying down other people's lives on behalf of his employer. What he lacks in general intelligence is more than made up for by a dogged willingness to pursue a project to its conclusion, regardless of how painful it turns out to be.
