Otto is an otter who has not yet appeared in any of the Mathematical Mystery books. He is mildly upset about this, although he is also excited that his inclusion in this Wiki may perhaps be a sign that he is at last to be included. His optimism, however, is completely misplaced, as the writer currently has no plans whatsoever to incorporate any otters or indeed any other mustelids, and is unlikely to review this policy at any point in the near future.
