And the e-mail that I received from K.C.Ball this morning did just that, for a new site that she’s launching in July, called 10Flash. Looks like a fun concept, and I wish her the very best of luck with it. So I now have a month or two to come up with a story of less than 1000 words involving a librarian on vacation in a foreign land. Now it so happens that I do have an odd library-based story that I never quite managed to get down on paper, so maybe this is the opportunity to have another bash at it.
